Empathic conversations for leadership programs run by mission-driven organizations. Cultivate a culture of safe space, connection and empathy among participants in your program — virtually or in-person.
Empathy Circles was borne out of a crucial need in the pandemic – to create spaces for people to come together and connect in a meaningful way.
Provide a platform for your participants to meaningfully engage and connect with each other — increasing participation rates during the program.
Build a culture of empathetic communication through hands-on practice — enabling participants to apply their skills from the program into their everyday lives.
Cultivate a deeper sense of belonging and a collective identity within your cohort and wider alumni network — encouraging engagement even after the program.
We'll design a series of Empathy Circles — virtual or in-person — according to the needs and participant journey of your leadership program.
Each Empathy Circle is uniquely themed to meet the objectives of the program, wholly facilitated by a Tribeless trainer.
After each Empathy Circle, participants will fill a reflection form for them to process their learnings and provide insight to the effectiveness of the session.
Once all the Empathy Circles have been delivered, we will compile an impact report and provide insights to improve the program for the next cohort.
"Empathy Circles is a gift — the opportunity and space to "breathe in" everything that is special, healing, and restorative about another human. I believe what Tribeless is doing is very special, in part because of its simplicity, but mostly because of its devastating effectiveness."
Tested by thousands of people from 50+ countries, Empathy Circles is a powerful, simple format for human connection – no matter how diverse the participants!
Empathy Circles operates on a permission-first structure, which creates psychological safety. We’ve seen it empower even the quietest, shyest participants to open up.
We'll start and end as a big group, but also get to connect deeply in breakout groups of 4–6. The best of both worlds! *cue Hannah Montana*
When learning is fun, it sticks. Our unique Response Cards turn empathy into an actionable, tangible practice that you can bring into your everyday life!
Empathy is a core value of your program and organization, and what you hope to see and imbue in your participants.
You have participants scattered across the globe, and you’re on the lookout for an inclusive activity everyone can participate in.
You believe in the power of strong communities or network that can bring immense value to your organisation in the long-term.
You care about the relationships between participants — for them to find amazing friends and partners from the program.
"Whether virtual or face to face, I can vouch for Tribeless in supporting any organization in strengthening their team connectedness. [...] I was blown away by how a series of facilitated exercises helped us break the ice, understand our teammates better, show some love, and shed some tears. We all learned how powerful Empathy is!”
“For our team virtual end of year retreat, we had a very enriching, heart warming session led by the Tribeless team on how to show empathy. It’s a very simple process which starts with showing some love. So throughout the workshop love was flowing around freely as we share our personal stories with each other. A much needed time for us to wind down and connect.”
Think of Tribeless as a specialist for fostering meaningful connections between participants and teaching empathetic communication skills. We will fit into your program where you need someone that can fulfil either or both these needs.
The sessions can be hosted on Tribeless’s Zoom account, or whichever video conferencing platform your program will run on!
Not at all! We’re able to accommodate anytime between 9:00AM–5:00PM MYT (Malaysia Time).
Yes! We’ve adapted past Empathy Circles based on ERG focus areas, like Mental Health, Diversity & Inclusion, and Women Empowerment. We are also able to focus it on a core value or theme that’s currently relevant to your organization or program, such as "Leadership" or "Change".
Virtually, we can accommodate up to 100 pax. For in-person programs, we can accommodate up to 35 pax.
We hear you, it’s a valid concern. While the format for Empathy Circles creates a psychologically safe space from the start, it may not be the right fit for your program – and that’s okay. Book a call with us, and we’ll figure out the answers together!
Awesome. We’d love to explore these options with you. Book a call with us, and be sure to mention this in the ‘Additional Notes’ section of the call!
