We work with you to design a customised program

We'll design a series of Empathy Circles — virtual or in-person — according to the needs and participant journey of your leadership program.


Empathy Circles are delivered by Tribeless trainers

Each Empathy Circle is uniquely themed to meet the objectives of the program, wholly facilitated by a Tribeless trainer.


Data and feedback are collected

After each Empathy Circle, participants will fill a reflection form for them to process their learnings and provide insight to the effectiveness of the session.


An impact report is presented

Once all the Empathy Circles have been delivered, we will compile an impact report and provide insights to improve the program for the next cohort.

How Tribeless fit into my overall program design and direction?

Think of Tribeless as a specialist for fostering meaningful connections between participants and teaching empathetic communication skills. We will fit into your program where you need someone that can fulfil either or both these needs.

If my program is virtual, where will the Empathy Circles sessions be hosted?

The sessions can be hosted on Tribeless’s Zoom account, or whichever video conferencing platform your program will run on!

My participants are scattered across multiple timezones, will that be an issue?

Not at all! We’re able to accommodate anytime between 9:00AM–5:00PM MYT (Malaysia Time).

Is it possible for the Empathy Circle sessions to be themed?

Yes! We’ve adapted past Empathy Circles based on ERG focus areas, like Mental Health, Diversity & Inclusion, and Women Empowerment. We are also able to focus it on a core value or theme that’s currently relevant to your organization or program, such as "Leadership" or "Change".

How many participants can you accommodate in your Empathy Circles sessions?

Virtually, we can accommodate up to 100 pax. For in-person programs, we can accommodate up to 35 pax.

I’m worried my participants won’t feel comfortable / open to share during the sessions.

We hear you, it’s a valid concern. While the format for Empathy Circles creates a psychologically safe space from the start, it may not be the right fit for your program – and that’s okay. Book a call with us, and we’ll figure out the answers together!
