Empathic conversations for emerging leadership programs. Cultivate a culture of safety, belonging and empathy among the participants of your program — 100% virtually.

Outcomes

Empathy Circles was borne out of a crucial need in the pandemic – to create spaces for people to come together and connect in a fast, simple, meaningful way.

Build Meaningful Relationships

Provide a dedicated space for participants to meaningfully socialize and connect with each other, increasing participation rates over the course of the program.

Develop Our Empathy Skills

Build a culture of empathetic communication through hands-on, small-group practice — enabling participants to apply the empathy skills they've learned into their everyday lives.

Foster Belonging & Connection

Cultivate a deeper sense of belonging and collective identity within your cohort and alumni network, encouraging connection and collaboration even after the program comes to an end.

How It Works

A thumbnail for the Empathy Circles Introduction Video

01

We work with you to design a customized program

We'll design a series of virtual Empathy Circles based on the needs, schedule, and participant journey of your emerging leaders program.

02

Empathy Circles are delivered by Tribeless Trainers

Each Empathy Circle is uniquely themed to meet the objectives of the program, fully facilitated by your friendly Tribeless trainers!

03

Data and feedback are collected

After each Empathy Circle, participants will fill a reflection form for them to process their individual learnings and provide insight into the efficacy of the circles.

04

An impact report is presented

Once all the Empathy Circles have been successfully delivered, we will compile an impact report based on their feedback to inform the evolution of the program for future cohorts!

"Empathy Circles is a gift — the opportunity and space to "breathe in" everything that is special, healing, and restorative about another human. I believe what Tribeless is doing is very special, in part because of its simplicity, but mostly because of its devastating effectiveness."

What Makes Empathy Circles Special

Designed For Diversity

Tested by thousands of people from 50+ countries, Empathy Circles is a powerful, simple format for human connection – no matter how diverse the participants!

Create Safety Together

Empathy Circles operates on a permission-first structure, which creates psychological safety. We’ve seen it empower even the quietest, shyest participants to open up.

Connect In Small Groups

We'll start and end as a big group, but also get to connect deeply in breakout groups of 4–6. The best of both worlds! *cue Hannah Montana*

Gamified Learning

When learning is fun, it sticks. Our unique Response Cards turn empathy into an actionable, tangible practice that you can bring into your everyday life!

"Whether virtual or face to face, I can vouch for Tribeless in supporting any organization in strengthening their team connectedness. [...] I was blown away by how a series of facilitated exercises helped us break the ice, understand our teammates better, show some love, and shed some tears. We all learned how powerful Empathy is!”

“For our team virtual end of year retreat, we had a very enriching, heart warming session led by the Tribeless team on how to show empathy. It’s a very simple process which starts with showing some love. So throughout the workshop love was flowing around freely as we share our personal stories with each other. A much needed time for us to wind down and connect.”

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Tribeless fit into my overall program design and direction?

Think of Tribeless as a human connection specialist. Our work in empathy is proven to foster deep, meaningful connections between participants while also equipping them with tangible empathic communication skills. If you're looking for a vendor to provide this particular service in your program, let's explore!

If my program is virtual, where will the Empathy Circles sessions be hosted?

The sessions will be hosted on Tribeless’s Zoom account, or whichever video conferencing platform your program runs on!

My participants are scattered across multiple timezones, will that be an issue?

Not at all! We’re able to accommodate any time-slot between 8:00AM–7:00PM MYT (Malaysia Time).

Is it possible for the Empathy Circle sessions to be themed?

Yes! We’ve adapted past Empathy Circles based on themes like Mental Health and Women Empowerment. We are also able to focus it on a core value or theme that’s currently relevant to your organization or program, such as "Leadership" or "Change".

How many participants can you accommodate in your Empathy Circles sessions?

Virtually, we can accommodate up to 100 pax. For in-person programs, we can accommodate up to 35 pax.

I’m worried my participants won’t feel comfortable to open up / share during the sessions.

We hear you, it’s a valid concern. While the format for Empathy Circles creates a psychologically safe space from the start, it may not be the right fit for your program – and that’s okay. Book a call with us, and we’ll figure it out together!

I’m interested in the physical Participant Kit add-ons!

Awesome. We’d love to explore these options with you. Book a call with us, and be sure to mention this in the ‘Additional Notes’ section of the call!
